Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How To Order
At our web site you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to categories, collaboration and projects. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the bottom right.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select its colorway and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout. Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout (non-member purchase). No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to check out once.

After you agree terms and conditions, privacy policy for order placement, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you.

  • We ship worldwide via FedEx, with services from DHL in selected countries. Free shipping is available on orders of USD 195 or above. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally we are not responsible for delays in local customs clearance as we do not have control over these delays.

    We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery. If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.

Duties and Taxes
We move your order on DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The price you pay to us will exclude all relevant import duties, sales taxes, VAT and additional fees charged by the local authorities. Since we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties, taxes and other costs directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. If you fail to follow the payment instruction from the carrier within the specified time limit, your order would be rejected from the customs and returned to us. In this case, your order shall be cancelled and refunded accordingly with related cost deductions such as original shipping cost, return processing fee, restocking cost and etc.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but things may not always go as planned. To begin the return process, you need to place your return request at the order status page after logged-in (guests logging-in is also available). We will contact you within 2 business days to walk you through the process. Please note that items you wish to return must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item. Returns outside of this window will only be accepted at our discretion.

Return shipping costs vary depending on your location. In case the return is attributed to faultiness or defects of the product, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as photographs and we will pay for the return charge. Other than defective return cases however, you shall be responsible for both original shipping cost to your location and return shipping cost to us, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once the returned items reach us, they will go through check-up for return eligibility. Please ensure that all items are to be returned new, unused and with original packaging. Any non-faulty items that are not in their original conditions, not suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed or damaged) will not be refunded and sent back to you. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method and the refund process can take up to 3 to 7 business days.

We do not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return procedure for any unwanted products and will need to place a new order for their desired product.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
